Telephone System Upgrade
In order to improve the service to our patients the surgery has invested in an upgrade of the telephone system.
It is anticipated that this new system will reduce the waiting time to get through to the surgery and enable us to deal with your enquiry/request more efficiently.
Once you are connected you will be offered a number of options to direct you to the relevant department as below.
The new system will be effective from Tuesday 19th December 2017.

Press 4 Insurance Claims and Queries
Press 5 Referrals

- Please note we are not able to take repeat prescription requests over the telephone, please complete the repeat prescription request form and put it in the box outside reception as normal or request it through your pharmacy.
- Test results are available between the hours of 12md and 1pm and 5pm and 6pm Monday to Friday.
