On the 15th December the surgery will not be open until 7am.
FLU CLINICS 2017:-
If you are eligible for the flu vaccination and have not yet had it, please contact the surgery to book an appointment.
Rochford Medical Practice will be trialling changes to the patient appointment booking system from 1st September 2017 for a period of 3 months.
In order to improve the service we provide to patients we have reviewed the current systems in place and are making some changes that you need to be aware of.
From the 1st September 2017
- All GP appointments for the day will be made available from 6.30am. You will not be required to call back at 1pm to get an afternoon/evening appointment.
- If a GP appointment is not available you will be offered the opportunity to speak to or to see another health care professional through a Triage system. We would encourage you to use this system. If the health care professional assessing you feels it is necessary for you to be seen by a GP they will have direct access to consult with a GP on site and get back to you
- If you are required to book any follow up appointments you will be able to pre book these and not have to phone the surgery on the day.
We welcome your feedback and comments.
This website will give you and your family all the information you require.
Please read it and save the address for future reference.

Important Information: When booking the appointment online you need to ensure that you select the appropriate Clinician for the appointment, or you may need to rebook the appointment without being seen. For example if you book an appointment with the nurse and the issue is one which should be seen by a GP you will need to then book a separate appointment with the GP. If you are unsure who you need to see please call our reception team to book the appointment and they will be able to direct you to the appropriate clinician.
Friends And Family Test
As from 1st December 2014 it will be a contractual requirement that all GP practices undertake the NHS Friends And Family Test.
